Free Proxies & Proxy Tools

For years this page listed free “parent proxies” for browsers and tunneling software like PD-Proxy, cProxy and OpenVPN. Public proxy lists change by the minute and many free proxies are run by unknown operators, so today we give you something more useful: tools to clean and use your own list safely.

Be careful with free public proxies. Anyone can run one, and an operator can read or modify unencrypted traffic, inject ads or steal logins. Never send passwords through a proxy you don't trust — use a VPN or a dedicated premium proxy instead.
