Premium questions
Yes. Premium accounts have no data caps, no speed caps and no limits on server changes. We only act against abusive patterns described in the Acceptable Use Policy.
PayPal subscriptions renew at the end of each period so you are never disconnected. You can cancel any time from your PayPal account or by e-mailing [email protected]; you keep Premium until the paid period ends.
We refund your first payment in full within 7 days if you have transferred less than 1 GB of data. Details are in our Refund Policy. We still recommend testing with a free account first.
Up to 5 devices at the same time on one Premium account — for example a laptop, a desktop, two phones and a tablet. Sharing an account with other people is not allowed.
