Premium Proxies
Dedicated HTTP(S) and SOCKS5 proxies that belong to you alone. Stable IP addresses, simple authentication and fair pricing from $2.99 per proxy per month.
Overview
A VPN protects everything your device sends. Sometimes, though, you only want one browser, one application or one script to use a different IP address. That is what PD-Proxy Premium Proxies are for: dedicated proxy servers you point your software at, with no client app to install and no change to the rest of your system.
Each proxy is dedicated, which means the IP address is assigned to your account and is not shared with other PD-Proxy customers while your subscription is active. That gives you predictable performance and an address whose reputation depends on how you use it, not on what strangers did with it an hour earlier. Every proxy supports both HTTP(S) and SOCKS5, so it works with browsers, desktop applications, command-line tools and most programming libraries.
Proxies run on the same infrastructure that has powered PD-Proxy since 2009 and are covered by the same privacy principles: we do not log the content of your traffic or the sites you visit through your proxies.
Key features
Dedicated IPs
Every proxy is yours alone for the length of your subscription. No noisy neighbours competing for the same address.
HTTP(S) and SOCKS5
Use HTTP(S) for browsers and web tools, or SOCKS5 for applications that need to proxy any TCP connection.
Flexible authentication
Authenticate with a username and password, or whitelist your own IP addresses so tools connect without credentials.
Choice of locations
Order proxies in the countries you need from our network. Current availability is shown on the servers page.
No app required
Proxies work with the proxy settings already built into browsers, operating systems, tools and code libraries.
Volume discounts
The more proxies you order, the lower the price per proxy, down to $2.29 per month at 25 proxies.

Authentication options
Username and password is the most portable option. It works from any network, which makes it ideal for laptops and for tools running in the cloud whose IP address changes. Most browsers and libraries accept credentials in the proxy URL, for example:
http://username:password@proxy-ip:port
IP whitelist authorises connections from addresses you specify, so your software connects without credentials. This suits servers with a fixed IP and applications that cannot store a proxy password. You can combine both methods, and change your whitelist by contacting support.
Static or rotating?
Premium Proxies are static: each one keeps the same IP address for as long as you hold it. That is what you want when a website needs to recognise you between sessions, when you manage accounts that expect a consistent login location, or when you need repeatable test results.
If your workload benefits from rotation, for example spreading requests for public data over several addresses, order a package of proxies and let your tool rotate through the list. You stay in control of how often the address changes, and every IP in the pool is still dedicated to you.
Use cases
- Browser configuration. Route one browser profile through a proxy while the rest of your system uses your normal connection.
- Applications. Many download managers, messaging clients and developer tools have a built-in proxy setting that accepts HTTP or SOCKS5.
- Testing geo-targeted content. Check how your own website, ads, prices and language redirects appear to visitors in other countries.
- Collecting public data responsibly. Gather publicly available information for research or price monitoring while respecting each site's terms of service, robots.txt directives and rate limits.
Frequently asked questions
A VPN encrypts all traffic from your device through a tunnel. A proxy handles only the applications you configure to use it and does not add its own encryption layer, although HTTPS websites remain encrypted end to end. Our article VPN vs proxy vs Tor explains when to use each.
No. Each Premium Proxy IP is dedicated to your account for as long as your subscription is active.
Yes, subject to availability. Contact support with the proxy you want to replace and the new location, and we will arrange the swap.
Refunds follow our refund policy. If something is not working, open a ticket first: most issues come down to a configuration setting we can help you fix quickly.
